PATCH /api/v1/organizations/{organizationIdOrSlug}/members/{userId}
Promoting to or demoting from owner requires an owner (403 otherwise); demoting the last owner returns 409.

Remove a member from the current organization
DELETE /api/v1/organizations/{organizationIdOrSlug}/members/{userId}
Removing an owner requires an owner (403 otherwise); removing the last owner returns 409.
