You may use Perstack only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and any plan limits or written agreement that applies to your account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

You are responsible for the workflow definitions, records, instructions, files, integration credentials, and other data you provide to Perstack. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that data and connect those systems.

Perstack helps agents operate inside defined records, operations, rules, approvals, and audit trails. You remain responsible for deciding which workflows are appropriate for AI operation and for reviewing decisions where your policies, laws, or contracts require human judgment.

You may not use Perstack to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, process data without authorization, or operate workflows that you are not permitted to run.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan, order form, or checkout terms shown at purchase. Plan capabilities, rate limits, and support terms may vary by subscription tier.

We may update the service to improve security, reliability, capabilities, or compliance. We work to keep Perstack reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Perstack is provided without warranties except where required by law or agreed in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wintermute Technologies, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
