Customer workflow data is used to operate the configured Perstack system. Perstack is designed so rules, approvals, and audit records can be evaluated outside the agent. We do not sell customer workflow data.

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, observability, communications, and AI model access. These providers process information only to help us deliver the service.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit records.
